PROVISIONS, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT: Read carefully and understand all of the provisions, terms, and conditions of this consumer product quality assurance guarantee.

PERFORMANCE INJECTION EQUIPMENT CO. strives to ensure that a hallmark of excellence is built into every consumer product we manufacture, fabricate, or assemble. That hallmark is our stock-in-trade. It is the lifeblood of all that we do. It is our reputation on the street, and on the racetrack. It is the foundation of our purpose.

PERFORMANCE INJECTION EQUIPMENT CO. seeks and employs the very best in engineering, materials, methods, and machinery in order to offer you, our valued customer, state-of-the-art consumer products. Products considered the best in the marketplace.

Notwithstanding our efforts, we recognize that from time-to-time our products will malfunction or prematurely fail due to defects in materials, or to faults or oversights in our engineering, production, or installation. In the event of mishap, you, our valued customer, may turn to us for assistance. As excellence in our equipment is the foundation of our purpose, service is its very cornerstone. Our commitment is to stand behind every product and service that we offer you.

If you experience any malfunction or premature failure of any product that you have purchased from us, or if you are dissatisfied with any service that we have performed for you, you may return the product, or the vehicle if your dissatisfaction is with workmanship, to us so that we may inspect the product, evaluate cause, and correct the malfunction or failure, or so that we may suggest to you reasonable remedial action.

In order that you maintain your right to our quality assurance guarantee, you, and we, are responsible to adhere to the provisions, terms, and conditions of this Guarantee.

To initiate a quality assurance claim:
You shall -

1. Notify us, and request a return product authorization.
2. Return the product or vehicle to us for inspection, at your expense.
We shall -
1. Inspect the product or vehicle.
2. Evaluate the cause of malfunction or failure.
Notify you, in writing, as to the cause and effect.
In the event malfunction or failure is caused by any defect in materials, or is the result of sub­ standard engineering,production, or installation:
We shall -

1. At our discretion, repair or replace malfunctioning or failed materials or components.
2. Correct faults in our product engineering, production, or installation representing an underlying cause of the malfunction or failure.
3. Return the product or vehicle to you, free of the fault condition, at our expense.
4. Reimburse your freight or shipping costs if the product malfunction or failure happened within ninety {90) days of original purchase.
In the event malfunction or failure is not caused by any defect in materials, or is not the result of sub-standard engineering, production, or installation:
We shall -

1. Notify you, in writing,of the estimated charge to correct the fault condition, and/or to affect such other repairs or modifications as may be required.
2. Suggest to you such other remedial actions as may be available.
You shall -
At your discretion, authorize or decline said corrections, repairs, or modifications based upon our good-faith estimate, or upon an agreed contractual charge.
We shall -
Return the product or vehicle to you, at your expense,free of apparent and diagnosed fault conditions if service has been authorized.
Return the product or vehicle to you, at your expense, in the condition in which it was originally returned to us, if service has been declined.
In order that you maintain your right to our quality assurance guarantee,you, and we, stipulate to the provisions, terms, and conditions of this Guarantee.

To perfect a quality assurance claim:
We, and you, stipulate:

That the product has not been altered or modified in any way from the original.
That the product has not been abused, misused, or subjected to conditions for which it is not intended.
That the product has been maintained in proper working condition, in accordance with our recommendations and maintenance requirements, and, if applicable,in accordance with the recommendations and maintenance requirements of the original equipment manufacturer.
Except for you, the original purchaser, that the product has not been removed by, or altered, modified, repaired, serviced, or otherwise tampered with, by any person or entity not specifically authorized to do so by Performance Injection Equipment Co., LLC.
PERFORMANCE INJECTION EQUIPMENT CO. does not make use of any equipment, components, or parts furnished by any customer to fabricate or assemble consumer products considered as a part of this quality assurance guarantee,or provided any protections hereunder.

Build Delivery & Shop Work Refunds

In keeping with our quality and customer first approach, we strive to deliver all our products and services in a timely fashion and as close to a delivery date as possible. However, since custom built products and services are affected by so many factors, we can not and do not offer any product or service delivery dates that are absolutely guaranteed. As such, no refunds will be given for deposits and payments made on parts or services once they are scheduled and the job has begun. Any changes to this policy will be determined on an individual job basis and documented in writing prior to beginning the job.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are NOT included in any product pricing. It is subject to additional fees.
