This is the "little" 318 that can, or more accurately, does! And it is hands down, one of the most popular builds we've featured. Churning out 500 horsepower with off-the-shelf parts and a fat and flat torque curve, the horsepower was still trending upwards at 6200 rpm and the torque curve stayed above 400 lb-ft from 4100 through 6200 rpm. This is useable, reliable  power that will get the job done anywhere in the curve it's called on. This one was built for a customer racing in a vintage Trans Am class, but since the 'Teen makes this power on pump gas, it'll work just as well on the strip or on the street!
